Where do the quote requests come from?
From our own specialist shipping container websites and our quote request form. Each requester completes a detailed form (product, quantity, timeframe, project location) and expressly agrees to be contacted by a maximum of 5 suppliers.
How do you check the quality of requests?
Every request is standardised and checked automatically: phone number format, email, duplicates, location and consistency of the requirements. It receives a quality score, and questionable requests are checked manually before publication.
How much does a lead cost?
The price depends on the product, quantity, customer type, project urgency and country: from 10 to 600 credits for the first slot on a shared lead (1 credit = €1 excl. VAT, in every country). It is always shown before purchase. It falls as the request ages, and by 40 % for buyers from slot 4 onwards.
How many competitors receive the same request?
A maximum of 5. Each request shows the number of slots remaining and the price of each one. The first 3 buyers pay full price, and subsequent buyers pay 40 % less. With the Premium plan, you can even buy it exclusively for 3 times the price of a slot: no one else will receive it.
How long does a request stay on sale?
For a maximum of 10 days after publication, at a price that falls as it ages. It is then removed from the marketplace: you only see recent requests from people still waiting for a quote. Leads you have purchased remain in your account.
What happens if a lead is invalid?
You have 2 days after purchase to report it: unassigned number, invalid email, false request, duplicate or outside your area. If your claim is accepted, your credits are returned. An unreachable prospect or one who chooses a competitor is not eligible for a refund.
Am I tied into a long-term contract?
No. The subscription is monthly, with no long-term commitment: you can cancel at any time from your account, and it remains active until the end of the paid period.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently cover 47 countries. Target entire countries or specific regions where available (Lombardy, Catalonia, Bavaria, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes…), even across borders, and only receive alerts for your area. The available countries are listed on this page. Your depots are used to estimate the distance and delivery cost for each request.
Who can become a partner?
Businesses that sell, hire out or convert shipping containers and modules in one of the countries covered. Registration requires the company's registration number (SIRET in France) and, in the European Union, preferably its VAT number. Every account is checked by our team before it can buy leads.
